I NEVER FOUND MAGIC GLASSES

I never found magic glasses 

Never saw rays of light

But someone spoke of Jesus 

His power, His love, His might  

No holy angels sang for me 

Nor prophets prophesied

But He broke thru and loved me 

Drew me to His side

Now I know I know the answer 

I’ve called upon His Name

It was the love of Jesus 

Freed me from my shame

You too can know the answer 

Call upon His Name 

It is the love of Jesus

Redeeming us from shame 

He’s number One and Alpha

Beginning and the End

The First, the Last, and In Between 

The sinner’s greatest friend 

His life He gave for us to save

Freeing guilty and enslaved

Arose from death to give us life

And draws us to His side

Now I know I know the answer 

I’ve called upon His Name

It was the love of Jesus 

Freed me from my shame

You too can know the answer

For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet perhaps for a good man some would even dare to die.

But God commends His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

TILL THE KINGDOMS OF THIS WORLD

Till the kingdoms of this world

We will occupy until He comes 

We are going forth to war

    with the weapons of the Lord

Expanding His dominion

    from shore to shore
